Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know s if you’d like a different size or a refund. 

You have 2 business days from receiving your order to:

• To create your exchange or return contact us here 
• Send your purchase back to us as a small business OV is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases
• Items should be returned new, unused and with all OV and designer garment tags still attached
• Once the product is received back a refund will be issued within 3 days for all eligible orders

All sales are final after 2 days of receiving items.
